Main project features :
• Review of urban poverty and urban poverty trends in general
• Review, update and examine the investment demands of urban upgrading in the framework of the National Urban Upgrading Program (NUUP)
Activities performed:
• Review and presents the urban poor state and the general trend using data sources, secondary data to date
• Check and update different data types about investment demand and upgrade technical and social infrastructure in the LIAs areas, in towns and cities under NUUP
• Conducting deep survey on 2 cities in the Mekong Delta, one south-central city and one city in the Central Highlands.
• Mapping of poverty on the basis of integrated GIS
• Estimated overall cost, investment cost in each phase and for different priority objectives
