- Conduct a baseline survey including secondary information collection and local surveys.
- Feedback on the project matrix framework
- Use the indicators in the framework to collect the underlying data
- Facilitate the workshop on sharing the results of the baseline survey and the adjusted project matrix framework.
- Complete the baseline survey report in Vietnamese and English
