Main project features: The project aims to build An Bang urban area based on harmonious and sustainable development principles, create open public spaces, develop urban culture which is friendly with environment, develop careers, create job and income for local people, increase local economy, encourage the participation of community in planning and building project area
Activities performed:
• Complete GIS data for planning and managing land in An Bang area: topographic maps at scale of 1/500 (3D), cadastral maps and other economic-social maps
• Detailed design for An Bang area
• Design urban infrastructure: transportation network, electric and communication systems, drainage system, supply water system, solid waste system, and rainwater drainage
• Environmental impact assessment
