Main project features : This project is to create an opportunity to Vietnamese citizens to participate in the WWViews on Climate and Energy project by building better public awareness on climate change and enabling them to express their views, recommendation and priorities on substantial issues that are up for discussion at the climate summit in order to influence the negotiations at United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP21) and the future of climate policy
Activities performed:
• Apply and use the methodologies of WWViews citizens hearing on Climate and Energy in Vietnam.
• Plan and implement a communication strategy vis a vis political decision makers, experts and media in Vietnam.
• Train and support staff in using and developing citizens hearing methods in Vietnam.
• Organise the WWViews workshop in Hanoi for the citizens
