Main project features: The program is to support the strategic planning for solid waste management of Nam Dinh city
Activities performed:
• Review all existing documentation and similar programs in Viet Nam,
• Assist the URENCO staff to understand the new planning process,
• Work with the local team to prepare and implement a plan to ensure the involvement of all stakeholders in the process,
• Facilitate a series of workshop to discuss waste management alternatives
• Participate in evaluating and costing of options
• Participate in developing business plan for URENCO
• Write reports
• Provide inputs in to the - preparation of the City Development Strategy
