Main project features: The program pilots a model of OSS for administrative service delivery at 10 communes of a mountainous district, Cao Bang. The successful model will be documented as a guideline for other mountainous and disadvantage communes of the province
Activities performed:
• Developing, testing and validating a feasible, workable and affordable process of establishing OSS at the commune level.
• Developing a Manual on OSS establishment and operation at commune level
• Promoting the new commune-OSS model nationwide
