Main project features: support the creation and operation of administrative service centre in 103 districts in disadvantaged and mountainous provinces in Vietnam
Activities performed:
• Introduce OSS concept and apply in public administration agencies
• Train staff of DPC in developing OSS establishment proposal, OSS operation, supervision and management, guide DoHa’s local officers to write report and manage program.
• Support to develop OSS operation indicator system to help OSS staff monitor their performance. The result of program was that 103 OSSs was established in accordance with guideline of Ministry of Internal Affairs
