Main project features : Support project to be carried out in the right direction, effectively and accelerating, simultaneously deploy and support transferring activities to sustain the project's results after its end
Activities performed:
• Desk review to understand the program in general and identify problems need to be addressed;
• Advise the PCU in the direction, coordination and management of project as assigned; consult review and reallocation of funds to ensure the disbursement of all funds; support preparation of 2016 AWPB.
• Support in reviewing the terms of reference (TOR) to implement activities under the thematic consultancy; and reports of this thematic consultancy in order to support PCU in the construction of the project progress reports served for annual evaluation of IFAD in June 2016 and final evaluation report.
• Support to implement activities for the project exit strategy and delivery of project results for the mass organizations, agencies and government at all levels.
