Final and Mid-term evaluation of the project on “Improving forest governance for climate sustainability in two poor ethnic minority communes in Son La province”

Main project features: Review the achievement and performance of the program in accordance to five evaluation criteria including relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. From that take lessons learned and provide recommendations for similar programs in the future.

Activities performed:
• Review all relevant documents before conducting assessment at the field to provide assessment frame, tools and detailed working plan.
• Consult, discuss and survey by questionnaires at the field.
• Present the main findings of final assessment and prepare report.
• Complete reports in English and Vietnamese
