Main project features: Provide technical supports to Provincial coordination unit (PCU) so that they can accelerate program implementation and response better the requirements from both donor and Government of Viet Nam
Activities performed:
• Desk review to understand the program in general and identify problems need to be addressed;
• Advise the PCU in direction, coordination and management of program as assigning, transferring, and reallocating funds, payoff mode, HR, building AWPB 2015, monitoring, evaluating, and building progress report of program implementation;
• Advise the PCU on strategies to implement 90-day plan and other agreed activities after midterm review to ensure progress and meet objective of program;
• Technical support to assure the progress and quality of program key activities as well as helping development of exist strategic after program ends
